Donating

Based at the Department of Psychology, University of Cambridge, we conduct research aimed at understanding how cognitive behaviour is represented in the human brain.

One of our aims is to better understand how memory can be affected by neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, psychiatric illnesses such as schizophrenia, and in normal healthy aging.

By understanding which aspects of memory are impaired, and which may remain preserved, in these conditions, we can embark on the important next challenge of developing interventions aimed at enhancing memory in people whose ability to remember may be disrupted.

Our research depends on obtaining financial support, and you can make a vital contribution to the work of the Memory Laboratory by donating through the University online giving page.
